America’s Golf Team (AGT) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established to foster and sustain competitive excellence in the United States.  AGT’s mission is to mitigate and/or remove Obstacles To Success that hinder promising and proven American athletes (juniors, amateurs, and professionals).  Lack of financial support is the number one obstacle to success hindering athletes according to a survey of Olympians cited in the link above.

The AGT Player Develop Fund facilitates the development of players, programs, teams, and tournaments by providing Kentuckians, regardless of gender or age, greater access to training, coaching, education, equipment, and competition.  AGT strives to help ambitious and talented players succeed, regardless of their access to financial resources.  If a player has the desire and potential to play competitive golf at the state, college, national, and/or international levels, the AGT Player Assistance Fund helps deserving players reach for the stars.
