The Cynthiana Harrison County Chamber Foundation was founded in March of 2019 to promote community outreach and development. The foundation is a 501c3 branch of the Cynthiana Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.

The foundation has been working closely with city and county officials to complete the splash pad by Summer 2024.
